I started my entrepreneur journey at the age of 24, where I invested into a new tattooing business. 18 years later I solely own this business and it is now one of the largest tattoo studios in the UK.

My first exposure to the property industry was back in 2004, where I bought my first ‘buy to let’. Throughout the years I purchased a few more properties and in 2015 I decided to venture into the world of HMO’s (House in Multiple Occupation). This was a challenging sector, but fast forward 10 years and I now own a fairly large and ever-increasing portfolio of both HMO’s and Buy to Lets.

My first experience in property development was back in 2016 when I purchased a run-down property in Adderbury, Oxfordshire. After fully renovating and extending this property, this is where I really found my passion for property development and have since branched out to develop commercial to residential dwellings, as well as solely residential projects.

I purchased an office block in Deddington Oxfordshire, without planning permission, gained planning and then converted the offices into high end flats. Throughout this project I established a reliable trade team and we have since gone on to convert another house into separate flats (title splitting).

2025 will be our most productive year to date, as we have recently completed on a block of offices, which we will convert into flats. We have also purchased a plot of land with full planning for a residential dwelling, along with another 5 HMOs scheduled for completion during 2025.

2025 is the year I will be stepping back from my usual day to day responsibilities and immersing myself fully in property development and investment. This will be my sole focus and I am looking forward to the challenge.

Moving forward our development goals are to continue with our HMO conversions, commercial conversions and new build developments.
